We offer shipping to most countries around the world. We will aim to ship out your order same day. Otherwise it will be shipped out next day. We ship orders out 7 days a week, excluding all recognized US holidays or postal holidays. During any current worldwide events, shipping times may be delayed.
Once your package has shipped, you’ll received a shipping tracking ID and a personalized link that allows you to check your shipment anytime you like.

For any order upgrades we charge no shipping fees unless otherwise described.
If you’ve ordered with the wrong delivery address please contact us so we can amend your order.
For international shipping (outside of the United States), shipping fees will apply (see above table). For international orders you may be liable to pay customs charges which are to be paid by the customer.
You have one hundred and eighty (180) days from date of order to fully explore the benefits that Puravive can bring you. However if at any point during this time you wish to return your order, you can do so for a no questions asked refund.
Before requesting a refund, please ensure you’ve given Puravive enough time to work for you. We advise all customers to use Puravive for at least 3 months in order to fully experience the best results. If you still wish to refund, please see below instructions.
Step 1 – Check You Are Within Refund Period
You have a whole one hundred and eighty (180) days from date of order to request a refund. After this period is up you cannot request a refund.
Step 2- Return All Bottles To Us
In order to obtain a full refund for an order you must return all bottles of the order you wish to be refunded, be they empty, full or partially full back to our fulfilment center within one hundred and eighty (180) days since the order date.
You must include the original packing slip with your return, if you don’t have it include details regarding your order, including (1) Your BuyGoods Order ID (found in your order receipt), (2) Your Full Name, (3) Your Full Address where the shipment was received, (4) Your Email Address and (5) your Phone Number so that a member of our fulfilment center staff can clearly read and process your return.

We do not refund the return shipping costs, these are incurred by the customer, nor do we refund shipping fees or customs charges for orders that were delivered outside of the US.
Step 3 – Wait For Processing Refund
Once our fulfilment center has received your order and processed the information, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 5-10 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.
